Heal Network Inc. offers this website and portal, including all Services and information, to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here in. By visiting our site, previewing, trialling, receiving, purchasing and/or accessing our services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Prior to purchasing our videos we highly recommend that a school principal or teacher request a FREE 12-Day Trial of our videos. The trial offers principals, teachers and staff the opportunity to view the quality, material, themes, story telling, yoga poses, etc. of the entire library of our videos as well as to see a read-only sample school in our portal.
The availability of a Trial allows that principals that are unsure of, or want to try our videos, can do so freely, and would know exactly what is being purchased, and as such eliminates the need for our providing a refund.
As our videos are of a Digital Nature, it is not possible to gauge or meter how much of Service has been used at any given time and as such once our Service is purchased it is non-refundable i.e. it is akin to purchasing / unwrapping software.
In addition, while our videos can be accessed for an entire school calendar year it would be unfair to other schools if our videos were leveraged over a short time period and then a prorated refund was provided whereas other schools paid full price.
Our Services are restricted to Canadian and US users and moreover exclusively restricted to Canadian and US elementary schools. Middle schools, high schools and academies for grades 7 and higher are not eligible to purchase and/or access our Service.
Moreover, our Services must be purchased by a principal of a current Canadian or US Elementary School, and their position must be verified, and if not verifiable OR not a principal of a Canadian or US Elementary School then a refund less a 15% service fee to cover card processing fees and platform costs will be provided, at our sole discretion, with the strict condition that the principal has not been verified and marked active by our Team.
Any cancellation of our videos, at our sole discretion, will result in a pro-rated refund based on the number of days remaining in a school calendar year (which starts September 1st and ends June 30th of the following year).
You agree that your sole compensation will be the monetary equivalent of the prorated number of days remaining up to the maximum paid for our Service if it was cancelled on or prior to the first day of a given school calendar year.
You may terminate our Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site, however you agree and understand upon making a purchase that there are no refunds for any unused Service without exception.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time with notice and/or may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof) with no refund.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and we will make best efforts to resolve any issues with you assuming honest, unintentional, mistakes, with respect to any potential refund however due to the availability of a Trial and the site and Terms of Service indicating requirements strictly speaking there should be no need for refunds.
