Our classes are divided into:

Student Yoga

We created standard yoga classes (10-15 mins in length) which allow students to do another gym activity after yoga class. In addition, our extended yoga classes (25-28 mins in length) are designed to fill an entire gym time slot.

Educators can also play class introduction videos (per age group) to help students understand the yoga class structure and offer reminders (take off and place shoes and socks).

Student Standard Yoga Classes Include:

JK - SK and G1 - G2
Helping young students develop mindfulness can increase self-awareness, sensitivity, compassion and understanding while helping regulate feelings, emotions and thoughts. G3 - G4 and G5 - G6

Young students can benefit from knowing that mistakes can help them learn and improve. Students follow Bear Cub into a forest by a river where it cannot catch a fish no matter how hard it tries and gives up. Through yoga poses and friends, Bear Cub learns that by trying and making mistakes, eventually it will become successful and ultimately ends up catching its very first fish.

G3 - G4 and G5 - G6
Students learn that no one wants to make mistakes, but we all do as it is part of being human. Making mistakes indicates that one is trying and helps one learn and do differently next time to be successful. Students do yoga poses while gaining insights into making mistakes and learning from them to realize their potential.
